Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
If a product is received damaged or defective, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product verification.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Eligible Products: Only regular-priced baby products are eligible. Personalised/customised items are not returnable.

Non-Returnable Items: Feeding accessories, skincare/cosmetics, diapers, and hygiene-related items for safety reasons.

Process: Contact us within the return window. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:
